aspromised, the schedule for 24th and 25th august. a copy of it is on the choir noticeboard too, so refer to that if you need to.
ALSO, Please remember to place your orders for the choir photos on the order list which is also on the noticeboard!
deadline: 28th august.
3.45 pm - Physical Training.
Gather outside container classroom 4L
In-charge: Vanessa and Calvin
4.30 pm - Practice @ LT4
In-charge: Wei Yang, Xue Wen and Calvin
5.30 pm - Leave for Esplanade (Foyer)
Transportation will be provided
6.15 pm - Reach Esplanade
Collect performer’s pass from Mr Ong
6.30 pm – 7.00 pm - Rehearsal on stage
Attire: Full Uniform
7.15 pm (Tentative) - Dismissal from Esplanade
No transportation provided
Before Practice on Monday…
Please check that:
- Your costumes are washed and neatly ironed
- Everything that you need is in the black protector
o Refer to Choir Manual (pg 11) for the list of the complete set of costume.
- Hand in the consent form issued on Friday to your respective SLs
- Check if you have make-up set at home! If not, ask you friends if they’re bringing any and share if they’re willing to.
Drink lots of water and rest early!

25th august! THE DAY.
3.30 pm - Practice, Music Room
All members to be ready in costumes and basic make-up by 3.30pm
4.30 pm - Leave for esplanade (Foyer)
Backstage passes will be given out
5.15 pm - Reach esplanade for admin matters
5.45 pm – 6.00 pm - Dry run on stage
6.00 pm – 7.00 pm - Dinner/Touch-up
7.20 pm – 7.35 pm - Combined warm-up with Dunman High
7.58 pm - Performance time! :D DO YOUR BEST! ;]]]
8.30 pm - Evacuate the backstage/Change out of costumes
9.00 pm - Dismissal
Transportation will not be provided
Before Practice on Tuesday…
Please check that:
- Your costume and heels are worn properly
- Make-up is done accordingly
o For guys: Foundation and blusher is required
o For girls: Foundation, Blusher, Eye shadow, Lipgloss
- Hair is neat and tidy
o For girls: Hair is gelled / pinned up neatly, no strands of hair hanging by the sides or covering the forehead. Please use the hand band/elastic handband.
